Nicole found her passion for graphic design early and began working in the non-profit art museum world at the start of her college career while studying art and graphic design. In 2007 she graduated with top honors from Cal Poly Humboldt with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Art with a focus in graphic design and photography and a minor in business.

In 2008 she moved to Monterey to join the development team at the Monterey Museum of Art. She quickly engrained herself in all the operations at the museum taking a position as Membership Manager and Graphic Designer where she could use her skills in providing the administrative and marketing support for all museum exhibitions, events and programs.

After a decade working in art museums Nicole joined the Mirabel Hotel & Restaurant Group as the graphic designer which quickly evolved to add Marketing Manager to her role. Her time at Mirabel has included managing all marketing, graphics and social media for seven businesses, the opening and brand positioning of two new businesses, and development and management of a four-day food and wine festival.
